Set in a beautiful rural location with spectacular elevated views over lush farmland to Wilson’s Promontory, inlets and ocean, this spacious fully self-contained farm-style cottage is situated in a large garden, with a scenic barbeque area and lots of room to play.

With 4 bedrooms, (2 bedrooms have queen size beds, 1 bedroom has 4 bunk beds & the other 2 single beds), & 2 bathrooms, the house offers a peaceful relaxed atmosphere with comfortable accommodation for up to 10 people. It has a generous living area warmed by combustion heating, TV, VCR, DVD, CD, games; & lots of free movies, and a large fully equipped kitchen.

Nearby areas offer quiet beaches, numerous walking trails, prolific native animal & bird life, secluded fishing spots, uncrowded golf courses, local cafes, pubs, and wineries. It’s a truly wonderful holiday destination for couples, groups of friends & families.

There are friendly farmyard pets, and at time we are delighted & surprised by visiting wildlife. Your well-behaved pets are welcome by arrangement.
